Terms and Conditions

By paying this invoice, you agree to the following terms for services provided by Optigent. Optigent will deliver the specified services as outlined in the invoice. Optigent is not responsible for publishing, editing, or providing any further revisions beyond the deliverables specified in the invoice. Optigent is not obligated to perform any additional services beyond those outlined in the invoice.

The total cost for the services is specified in the invoice and is exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged separately. Payment is due upon receipt of this invoice. By making payment, you confirm acceptance of these terms and authorize Optigent to proceed with the specified deliverables.

Optigent will retain the right to use any work produced for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. The client acknowledges that upon delivery of the specified services, all rights to the work are transferred to the client, subject to payment being received in full. Any use of the deliverables for purposes beyond what was agreed upon may require a separate agreement.

Optigent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the deliverables. Furthermore, Optigent is not responsible for the success or performance of the content after delivery. Any further work or revisions will be subject to a new agreement and separate terms.

By paying this invoice, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this agreement.
